MOST WESTERNERS ARE DEHYDRATED
Many studies have proven that most Westerners are dehydrated most of the time. This dehydration leads to all the dryness diseases like stress, headaches, arthritis, etc..
The essence of life
Water is the essence of life and is needed by every cell in your body. Approximately 60%-70% of your body is made up of water. It is the main ingredient of all body fluids, blood including lymph, digestive juices, urine, tears and sweat.
dehydration and stress
Dehydration causes stress on the body and that stress will cause even more dehydration so it is better to keep everything bouyant and drink 4 pints of good, naturally cleaned water each day - throughout the day!
DRINK AT LEAST TWO LITRES (6 pints) PER DAY
Sounds a lot? Well, don't drink it all at once! Spread it out throughout the day.
If you are not drinking any water at the moment then take it slowly by adding in more and more daily until you reach the recommended 2 litres.
If you start to drink 2 litres immediately, from not drinking any, it may make you feel sick and unwell as your body will go immediately into a detox and cleanse by releasing lots of toxins that will make you feel unwell. Take small steps and build up to 2 litres gradually, that way the body will not become shocked.
The water in alcoholic drinks, tea, coffee, or soft drinks DOES NOT COUNT. As these drinks are diarrhetics that increase the rate at which we urinate thus ADDING TO DEHYDRATION.
It is important to drink little and often to keep hydration topped up every hour! It isn't adviseable to drink it all in one go! It is best to sip water through the day and never drink more than 2 pints in one hour. Do not excede 6 pints in any day.
If you are a runner or professional athlete then you may need to trust your judgement and drink more than that but never excede 6 pints, but on average, 4 pints (or 2 litres) of water per day is recommended for the average person.
