Unhealed wounds, blame, hurt emotions, and life-issues often cause negativity in our holistic personality and give rise to the experiences of conflict, disharmony, persistent discomfort, self-dislike, depression, and revenge.
- We experience pain and negativity and we attribute this to somebody
- We are emotionally and/or psychologically hurt by a situation/person
- We find it difficult to dissolve the emotional pain
- We experience hurt emotions
We need to understand and manage our emotions. Sometimes we can do this on our own and othertimes we might have to have several sessions with a counsellor or psychotherapist - somebody who knows what we are experiencing and how we can understand and heal the problem.
